Nancy has a breadth of background and experience that enables her to work effectively with clients on issues of growth and renewal in one-on-one settings or in groups and organizations. Through her deep listening and insightful questioning she enables individuals, groups and teams to make conscious and creative choices about their lives and work.
- Coaches individuals on life-work issues or guides them on their spiritual journey.
- Designs and facilitates seminars and workshops on personal development and spirituality.
- Works with both non-profit and corporate organizations through executive coaching, leadership development and team-building workshops, long-range planning and meeting facilitation—again emphasizing renewal and growth.
As a licensed Third Age Coach, Nancy’s focus is on guiding clients 50+ to navigate the opportunities and challenges of growing older in our culture.
In her work as a spiritual guide, she helps clients of diverse religious or ethnic background, age, or gender explore and renew their spirituality.
As a workshop/meeting designer and group facilitator Nancy excels in creating participatory and energizing processes.

Current Focus
|
|
Though Nancy has worked in a variety of settings—educational, business, service industry organizations/corporations, for profit and non-profit groups—her current focus is designing and facilitating personal and spiritual development seminars and workshops, even as she continues her executive consulting and coaching work for individuals and organizations.
- Through Third Age Partners Nancy co-facilitates licensing tele-classes for coaches on how to guide adults in the second half of life, has co-authored Thriving! A Grower’s Guide for Renewal and Responsibility After Fifty, and is developing a series of webinars for people in midlife and beyond. www.thirdagepartners.net.
- Nancy is a founding coach for Empowerment Parties and designs/facilitates group learning and coaching modules for home-based gatherings. www.empowermentparties.com.
- Nancy also designs, facilitates, teaches in a 2-year Spiritual Guidance and Leadership training program for women and men at www.WomanWell.org.
- She has co-designed and will co-facilitate a learning session at the Creation Spirituality Conference in May, 2010. www.creationspiritualitycommunities.org.
- In addition to her Women’s Wisdom series of retreats and workshops through Spiral Explorations she designed/facilitated a seminar on Exploring the Archetypal Feminine. www.WisdomWays.org.

Throughout her career, Nancy has been involved in a broad range of activities serving the change, renewal and development of individuals, teams and organizations. She has worked for 30 years in various capacities as a manager/leader, teacher, facilitator, consultant and coach focusing in the areas of personal, team and organizational growth and renewal. Her early career employment in education, non-profit and business settings, often in senior leadership positions managing large staff and budgets, has been invaluable in her coaching and consulting work with clients. Nancy’s clients include diverse people from different walks of life who experience her guidance as skilled, dependable, inspirational, and caring. Her clients have said about her:

Nancy has undergraduate and master’s degrees in communications and the liberal arts and a doctorate in spirituality and wisdom studies. She maintains her leading edge learning through participation in state of the art conferences, workshops and reading.
- She is a member of the MN Coaches’ Association, participated in the Edges Learning Consortium for Coaches and the 2 year New Ventures West Integral Coaching program. In addition, Nancy holds membership in the MN Facilitators’ Network, the MN Organization Development Network, and the American Society of Training and Development.
- She is also associated with the Partnering Intelligence Continuum, the Center for Third Age Leadership and Third Age Partners.
- She is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and other assessment inventories, and has expertise in methodologies such as Appreciative Inquiry and Dialogue, Character-based Leadership and Leadership and Mastery.
